I just tested out tags today for the first time and wanted to share my thoughts so far. There are tag groups and tags. I can see that it will be very important to have clearly defined names for the tag groups. Below are the examples of the tag groups. A common mistake made in QBO is using the transfer button in the bank feeds for the "uncategorized asset". This video will teach you how to properly make a transfer in the bank feeds. Transfers are used for making credit card payments or moving money from one account to another.
You will want to click the "more" button at the bottom of the screen to copy an invoice in QBO. Watch to video tutorial to see the demo.
